They came across research papers on
air-purifying plants - based on a 1989 NASA study
where they found that plants can clean the air in the roots & soil through 'phytoremediation'.
Air Pollutants in the air are absorbed & broken down by the plant root & soil microbes.
The plant absorbs these broken toxins and converts them into harmless compounds
These safe substances are then released back into the air, purifying the air!

They found that one plant was not efficient enough to clean a room!
They went on to create a plant purifier that has the cleaning power of 20 plants.
With heartfelt reviews from their 1000 users,
the Founders decided to dive deeper
and decided to solve the problems to answer bigger questions

Then came the 2020 lockdown, and some tough decisions!
But they didn't lose hope, and
bootstrapped to build the next product
After 30 months of R&D uBreathe Life Classic
was launched in 2021!
They got an offer from Shark Namita Thapar
on Shark Tank India Season 2!
uBreathe's performance was great, but there
was feedback around affordability.
It's amazing, but expensive, not affordable!
