REPLACEMENT
If you receive a damaged product, You may request a replacement for products within the window of 2 business days from the delivery date. Images of the damaged product along with the packaging pictures must be attached.

All mechanical and electronic parts are covered by a 6-month warranty.
RETURN
You may request a return for uBreathe products within 2 business days of delivery.
Submit a Return Request: Contact our customer service team within 2 business days of receiving your order.
Provide Necessary Documentation: Attach product images, including packaging pictures, to your return request.
Return Approval: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product. Returns are accepted only in case of damaged products.
Return Fee: A fee of 15% will be applied to account for potentially reduced salability due to opened packaging. This fee covers shipping and gateway charges.
CANCELLATION
A fee of Rs. 999 will be charged upon cancellation of the product that has been shipped.
