Return Policy

  • You may request a return for uBreathe products within 2 business days of delivery. 

  • Submit a Return Request: Contact our customer service team within 2 business days of receiving your order.

  • Provide Necessary Documentation: Attach product images, including packaging pictures, to your return request.

  • Return Approval: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.

  • Return Fee: A fee of 15% will be applied to account for potentially reduced saleability due to opened packaging. This fee covers shipping and gateway charges.

  • A fee of 10% of the billing amount will be charged to cover for logistical and human resource costs. 
     


Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order at any time after booking but before the order has been shipped. 

  • Submit a Cancellation Request: Contact our customer service team with your order details.

  • Refund Process: Once your cancellation request is received, we will initiate a refund within 3-8 business days, depending on your payment method.

  • A fee of 10% may be applied to cover gateway charges if the order is cancelled before it is shipped.


Conditions for Return

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

  • Incorrect Product: If the product received is not the one ordered.

  • Incomplete Order: If parts or accessories are missing from the order.
